Here's how I interpret the action. To be consistent with the books and movies, only Harry can see what's in the mirror for him. When he does, he turns and looks directly at Hermione. If the others are reacting, it's to Harry's reaction.

I'd love to see Hermione grabbing her man...Harry...and running for the nearest exit. Go, Hermione, go!!!

Harry (and others) saw the Mirror of Erised in the departmant of Mysteries, and Harry immediately remembered his parents - when he've seen them for the first time in the Mirror. So he ran closer to the Mirror, wanted to see them again. But this time he saw Hermione.
