Hey, Alan, for some strange unknown reason I found your videos... I think it was when I was looking for Green Chili stew. I have to say, Your entertaining, and I'm sure the wine helps with the silliness. Anyway, I'd like to try this Peasant bread, but what kind of flour, and yeast? Also,, I don't have a large sauce pan w/lid to use as an oven-inside-an-oven. What else can I use, loaf pan w/lid? Thanks for the vids, it's making me laugh here in Minneapolis...
tm...just back from vacation...sorry for the delay. the wine is for the high blood pressure...i'v always been silly and keep laughing...it's the only way to live. i use instant yeast and gold medal better for bread...6 qt pot w/lid will work
