how do you replace fuel injectors?!?! ppplease post a video on this.. mine are nearly gone :-(... please e-mail me.. spike_244@yahoo.com.. i need help.. speedy wants $1,100 dollars and i cant afford that. and i need my van..
GREAT GREAT Video guys. I have the same question as below. as well as "Do you have to and if so how do you get that tensioner back in there? Can you reply back with a little more explanation? Again, great video overall.!!
Very helpful. Thanks for posting these. It will be useful when I do the job on my Honda Pilot. Maybe I missed it but I didn't see where you mentioned removing the crank pulley bolt. From what I understand, that's very difficult. It's one of the steps listed in the factory service manual and also in the forums that I have found on the subject. Maybe I missed it in your video. If not, do you have any tips about removing that bolt. Reportedly, it's a real bear of a job.
I thought this is Single Overhead Camshafts (SOHC) Honda V6 engine are always SOHC (with the exception of the Acura NSX with DOHC V6) but overall very helpful video!
I have done my major service following what Dave does on this Video plus reading a complete manual. The trick to mark the timing belt was extremely useful. Thanks for this video guys.

I have the same model/year vehicle and am getting ready to do this. It looks like you did it 'sans instruction manual' and I'm curious if it all worked afterwards. Aside from the missing part 2, it would have been nice to see removal of the crankshaft pulley bolt. Did you use a powerful air/impact wrench, a lot of leverage, or the 'starter motor trick'? Also the timing belt autotensioner was still in place when you removed the water pump. How did you re-tension it when you put the new belt on?
Marking the timing belt for replacement is time consuming and not needed when Honda put timing marks at every pulley. Not only that you have no way of getting back to TDC if you screw up because the engine is valve interference. You should line the crank up to TDC and replace the belt. You will see marks at both cams are provided and clear.
Also that is a single overhead cam engine. If it were double OHC you would have two cams per bank or four cams total. Otherwise good video.
