Brian Lumley proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that Azathoth is not a malicious Mythos entity, but rather the remnants of the 'Big Bang' (the chaos at the centre of the universe.) So, while it would be quite easy to represent on film, it wouldn't be nearly as interesting as some of the more misanthropic entities in Lovcraft's catalogue. Personally, I'm holding out for the Prime Burrower, Shudde M'ell.

I respect your knowledge and passion, but how exactly does the remnants of the big bang appear at an audition?

Uh...I don't know. Maybe as a hovering, glowing mass of light accompanied by weird flute music, maybe? That'd be a start.
