This is SO true!! I've recently lost 65 lbs. since May 2010 & I can totally relate. It's more than making healthy choices & exercise. It's a deeper issue. I still have 45 lbs. to go & I can only do it with the Lords help as I pray it's all for His glory.
Starting this study tomorrow with some fabulous women. Very excited to get into the material. <3
