He's not claiming that they were put there intentionally. Reverse speech is something that can't can't be controlled. Aside from that, any "satanic messages" are usually just metaphors that are commonly found in reverse speech refering to something else entirely. If only sufficient research had been done on reverse speech before religious groups started targeting Rock'N'Roll. They would have been singing an entirely different tune.
