@yeadog11 If you can find a vid I'd like to see it. I think LCW does train very hard and might even be in better shape than Lin Dan - he lacks a bit of power overall, granted he's put on more power this past year but its not the same level as Lin Dan who can hit winners from anywhere.

he should be... the way he play is the most basic/natural. Hence the nick name "prototype". He should be able to be at top form for another few years.

Can't say the same for our current olympic champ tho... (A bit too abusive to his power, and there's a certain amount of abuse a body can take in a life time)

Whcih I'm feeling for all badminton players, in olympic, alot of them are wearing knee brace already, male or female, young or mature...

Yes he will. He mentioned that he planned to retire after the 2008 olympics, but since he wanted to give it another try, he's going to compete in 2012 and then retire.

this was very tire training. Too much of trainig will cause badminton like working, no excitation no fun in it. The shuttle line also will become less creative.
