take a tractor tube - seal the top with a plywood disk insert the leaf blower tube through the plywood so it blows under the water about 2" but inside the tube. it will then pressurise the tube inner - lift you off on an air cushion and propel you with the compressed air - you then will have a directionally controlled hovercraft - super expensive to run but quick and easy to build - use plastic pvc pipe to make the high pressure tube with a tiller / rudder to guide you - fun fun fun
