The reason the breakers are all loose is the yellow tabs in the bottom of the breakers didn't get slid in and locked. This will be a problem with any manufacturers combiner. We at Midnite solar would appreciate if you could update the video or if you still feel there is a defect please email us we want happy customers

The yellow tabs are definitely slid in correctly. I'm positive it is installed correctly.
