This from Timo Tolkki's 1994 Solo Album Called " Classical Variations and Themes" Tolkki did the Singing on this. He is and will always be The Genius behind STRATOVARIUS.
@onldhes Stratovarius song is Fire Dance and this is Fire Dance Suite. The songs are totally different and this is not remake. This is a masterpiece by Master of Guitar Timo Tolkki
why are people arguing about whether its original, I promise you that there is no chord progression within a Major, Natural Minor, Harmonic Minor, or Melodic minor key that hasn't been done by multiple artists before, as far as it goes unless you can name the song you think he's ripping off of then don't say it's a rip off of a "Classical progression."
Yep, it sounds like a classical theme 'cause it's a 5th progression (i'm talking about the harmony, of course), it's very used in classical music, but the melody, timo made it up.
so he can sing too wtf was he doing in stratovarius??????

Good old times when Tolkki still sang.
Tolkki > Kotipelto on vocals. Kotipelto is boring. Thumbs up if you agree!

foottothenuts 3 years ago 5
It sounds familiar, like old classical melody with some adds from Timo
