I am Muslim but it disheartens me when children become victims of bullying due to their religious beliefs or non beliefs. This truely sux and parents need to raise children to respect and tolerate others from all walks of life. Poor girl.
If they can get away with it, all too often, Christian coaches will not hesitate to kick atheists off the team, Christian landlords will not hesitate to evict, Christian bosses will not hesitate to fire, and Christian presidents will say that atheists should not be considered patriots or citizens. The worst of all this is: Christians are usually the ones who whine about being persecuted, simply because atheists push back against their efforts at domination.
@TychoCelchu Well when the first part of the book tells family members to kill apostates even if he/she is your brother, and the end of the book says that atheists really do believe in God, they just hate him for emotional reasons and are evil fools doomed to hell fire, than it shouldn't be a suprise when this kind of shit happens. In an islamic country she would have been stoned to death; the scary thing is that all 3 Abrahamic faiths claim that is a moral action.
@SimKoning Strange that you find the Christians repeatedly making the claim that it's the atheists who have no morals, when they behave like this towards a kid. They just abdicate responsibility to their god and his moral law.

Acts describes communism as the Christian life style (don't let the Republicans know).
