  • this is my Realtime Stones

  • Tension between Mick and Keith back then....Ouch

  • Classic :)

  • Amo este tema!!

  • Elpidia Carrillo work in film PREDATOR !!!!!!!!

  • this video was shown on Top Of The Pops dispite its violent content yet BBCTV who made the desided to suspend Dr Who for 17 month between 1985 & 1986

becouse of increasing violence on the show wat a bunch of bloody ipacrits Beeb are

  • @gallafey Where are you getting this info from becasue it'srong on both accounts.

The BBC did ban the “Undercover Of The Night” video for being too violent, and the band made a sanitized version.

Dr. Who was not suspended for increasing violence on the show, but because of low ratings. This decision was modified to become an 18-month hiatus, but on it's return it couldn't muster the figures it once received and let's face it by that time, the show was literally a pile of doggie doo.

  • I remember when this video came out. A tad of controversy over the violence if I recall correctly.

  • @thecapn27 Correct. MTV partially banned it. They would only play the "performance" version.

  • classic video,no problems

  • Keith was "death" of that Death Squad!

  • Damn 240p to hell!

  • werent the vid banned originally, because of its content.

  • I think they were briefly feeling threatened by the Clash at this point! Wish they'd kept on this way.

  • I think they were briefly feeling threatened by the Clash at this point!

  • this song is unbelievable and the video puts it all over the top. Still blown away everytime I listen, you can dance, you can jam, you can sit and listen... the soul in mick's voice, the swagger, the energy, the aggression, the rawness... just a great fucking tune.

  • punk rock meets funk meets rock.best stones song ever

  • I've got the moves like Jagger! =D

  • Awesome bass bitches

  • Richard's missed opportunity to rid big mouth.....

  • The girl next to Jagger in the car is actrice Elpidia Carrillo. She played also in Oliver Stone's Salvador (1986).

  • like this shit mick and keef hated each other at time,

  • Real TALENT!!!!!!

  • The Rolling Stones do Talking Heads - with good results.

  • I'ts cool!!

  • Wat is the song/music video for this: i know its not country

i think it starts off at a gas station and there is this guy that is carrying a (sex disease/ virus) and whoever gets it starts dancing... so then he passes it off to a girl and they start making out... then the girl goes outside and she makes out with another person filling gas... then he gets teh (virus) and it keeps on going... its a fast song not like in teh 80/s /90's i think its pretty recent as in 3-7 years.. and its a boy band

  • Last classic Stones single imo-great riff

  • 25 People were kidnapped.

  • MICK TAYLOR WE MISS YOU..............this is total dog shit, God I hate this!

  • @cn854 I totally agree... I miss Exile. I miss these old tracks. What would the Stones think if someone told them that they would record this kind of shit eleven years after Exile?

This song has a good beat, and it would be a great track for any rockband. Not for the Stones, of course they can do better (thank God, today, A Bigger Bang is a very good album.)

  • @worldcitizenforever fuck you!!!!

  • @MrAlvarosantiagoferr fuck you your bastard! suck my cock!!!!!!

  • "...the smell of sex/the smell of suicide/all these dream things I can't keep inside..."

the last great stones song and one of mick's best lyrics - hard-rocking and intelligent.

  • more political band than people think....waiting on a friend...

  • more political band than people think....

  • P.A.R.A.N.O.I.D .TOURS.

If this clip was about any part of asia(In past 10 years)-especially Indonesia/Bali,let alone china, the stones would be facing trial on national secrets and treason.

(But hey anyone using a camera foolishly can wind up in gaol in any country these days!)

IF COLUMBIANS HAVE ALL THE COCAINE- WHERE'S ALL THE SMILES?!?

BE THE HAPPIEST NATION ON EARTH!(sARC)

  • Me gusta porque son los stones.... pero mas me gusta porque fue grabado en MEXICO!! en un hotel cerca del aeropuerto.

  • Watts is hilarious man. Like someone's auld uncle that just happens to be in the World's biggest rock band. God love him.

  • Na, éppen így is lehet templomba menni. Hogy az ember a maga képére formálja. Asszem, mégis kell az a rohamsisak.

  • Funny. After decades they finally succeed to write a song that is not about women. And what is the video about in the end? A couple is surprised in the act when making love. These guys just can't, don't, won't change :)).

  • fuk techno

  • Opening Governments

  • the best u2 song yet

  • che figata cazzo

STONES please never stop, cause you are the greatest band in the intire world!!!!!

love you and your music ღღღღღღღღღ

  • Such a great song!! So much drama in the video. Thanks for uploading, love the stones.

  • this video came out the year i was born

  • Comment removed

  • Who played the solo? Was it Keith or Woodie? My guess is Ron Wood.

  • I like the chick in blue on the couch, she looks horny as hell.

  • O melhor filme político que conheço.

  • masonic television!!!! fascist police state, eye of horus, skull tec.....!!!

  • One of my favorite stone albums/track. As other have commented. This was a gem amongst the crap from the '80s. The Stones always seemed to reinvent themselves every time the critics were about to write them off. This particular phase of the Stones was my favorite.

  • Screw all "this&that"-fans. This is great. The 80`s gave the world a hard time. This tune could and would eat 10 000 80`s tunes raw and spit it out. All you "see trough bullshit-people" out there: I LOVE YOU!!!

  • Very diversified !

  • GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR FATE MICK SATAN SUCKS

  • This is one of my favorite concept videos of all time. Only the Rolling Stones would make a video about a coup d'etat and artfully pull it off!

  • My favorite ever Stones track. Just keep it on replay. Perfect video to accompany. Proof the 80s wasn't a complete disaster musically. Killer beat.

  • Wow, that's the Asian girl from Predator!

  • made a cool lyric vid on it if you wana take a look feel free peace

  • @worldcitizenforever ¿Y se supone que a mi me deben importar esas personas?... Y resulta que me pusiste a prueba. ¡Jajaja!, ¿TÚ me pusiste a prueba a MÍ?...

¡Jajaja!

  • @worldcitizenforever Hey amigo, se escribe BRUCE LEE. Pendejísima musaraña. =)

  • @worldcitizenforever ¡jajaja! ¿"I guess"?...

  • @worldcitizenforever Impresionante. Wolfgang Amadeus Worldcitizenforever ONLINE. =) Doctorado en Ciencias Musicales.

  • @worldcitizenforever Poppy tu madre. =)

  • the start of this song makes me want to play with my balls at :30

  • @worldcitizenforever it is shit compared to there other good shit.......... the solo is nice in this song, its just not fucking 1983 anymore and it didnt wage well.

  • My favorite Stones track...

  • That was written and performed at the time their was alot of friction in the band. No one was getting along. You can hear it in the music and actually see the friction between Keith and Mick

  • PS: Ironic. That Stones diddy from 1983 now looks like the Venezuela of today.

  • one of their best song

  • legends

  • Look at Mick danc'n when the song gets going. Great song.

  • Keep in mind this is from 1983! The song and video were ahead of their time. Really amazing...

  • i think mick may have played more than one role in this video. if i'm not mistaken, he is wearing a fake mustache in the video!

  • Hit #9 in Billboard.

  • And still ahead of it's time.

  • First time I heard this... I actually really like it!

  • Awesome song and vid! I love edgy rock 'n' roll that you can dance to, too. Still sounds great all these years later.

  • DUDE! they could soo made a movie out of this! WTF ?!

  • toddbeacon, you made a grown man cry with those words.and i feel like a certified fool.(uhhh, does anybody get my corny song references?)

  • @terry824 Yes I do... btw, pleased to meet you! Hope you geuss my name...

  • Has anyone noticed that you can hear a short part of Miss you in the beginning?

  • discover real music

  • Probably the best Stones' track of the 80's with a killer video to boot. MTV would only play this after midnight, because of the violence. Terrestrial TV got in a lather over playing this as well. Hugely popular in bars with video-jukeboxes!

  • @chubbylegend Back then it was shocking especially the execution scene. It's disturbing to think these days people brag about seeing worse, it's sad to think people are not bothered by violence I hate to think what it will be like 20 or 30 years.

  • underskattad låt...mina öron gillar den:)

  • Absolute classic.

  • Who else but Keef to lead a death squad!

And at 3:05 - the photo albums with pretty covers, containing photos of atrocities, come straight from Joan Didion's book 'Salvador'.

  • Leave it to the Stones! One of the best, most pertinent videos ever made. I love this song.

  • yo !

  • I LUV BIANCA JAGGER!

  • You may love Bianca, but this isn't her in the video. She's way better looking, at the time of their marriage, one of the most beautiful women in the world. They were divorced by the time of this video.

  • I've always liked this song. It has a great groove. My foot was tapping the whole time. A great video. Did you know that it was later banned from MTV because of the violence?

  • more of the graphic killing on the bridge the fighting scene into the Church made self-righteous people rabid.

  • this song has a killer beat and groove to it. I always loved it but never knew what it was called.

  • this song LIVE IS ALL THAT and and then some!!!!

  • Pew.

  • the last great stones single

  • anybody seen my baby

  • dont lose faith dude they'll get back on track

  • this is the song that made me a stones fan FOREVER.

  • Probably the funkiest tune they ever did. I miss videos like this.

  • this is when they still made videos....i have no idea what they make now...(mtv)

  • I never get tired of this song or this video. One of the best ever made. This was when MTV meant Music TeleVision. What have both MTV and VH1 devolved into? Unmitigated shit!!!

  • Atleast VH1 Classic has the classic album series. Without that or some humor, I'd damn the tv to hell.

  • Underrated song from an underrated album.

  • great!

  • LOVE Keith's TONE on this song!

  • i'm sure this is the worst Rolling Stone album ever, any dude?

  • When you create a materpiece called Exile On Main Street everything you make after that will be compared or measured against it. I actually don't mind Undercover. They recorded some great tunes during their recording sessions that never made the album. Check out "You're Too Much" in my videos. Great Keef song.

  • There are no worst Rolling Stones albums - not any more. People hated Between the Buttons. People hated Satanics'. People hated Exile. People liked Voodoo Lounge (which personally I despise, but I do like 'The Worst'), yet it proves my point: true art in film, literature and music holds up and changes personal perceptions, but mostly in hindsight -- you hate it one day, love it the next, but if you love it forever, that's a definition of art, IMO. It must last. This album does it for me.

  • Ok I understand

but for me in the past and in the present it's the worst thing ever.

I don't know the future but don't think will change so much my taste

  • well..except for the last couple...i'm a big stones fans but i must admit the last few have been pretty miserable. the last one i thought was decent was "vodoo lounge" (the outake "jump on top of me" was amazing) but "bridges to babylon" was BORING and.., oh well you get my point. i really think they need to work with some young, up and coming producers to give the music some "new" adrenaline before they call it a day.....

  • Undercover wasn't THAT bad. This is a great tune. Lot's of filler though. I thought Voodoo Lounge was a great cd. For that time anyway. Great rockers and a couple of nice ballada and it won a grammy. Not that care about that.

  • I think Voodoo Lounge was the best thing they'd done since "Some Girls' and maybe even better. "Bridges to Babylon", "No Security", and "A Bigger Bang" are all excellent albums with little filler and several classics that rival anything they've done. These guys are beyond description. There is only one band. THE ROLLING STONES!!!!!

  • yeah man voodoo lounge is awesome ...

shame these new songs will never be classic cuz mick wont let them be ..

  • Great song that needed to be made. Lest we forget... oh, I guess we already did.

  • Please...the Stones are an international treasure...this is one of their top ten albums...buy it before you die...

  • Great song , I love 80's!

  • One of the few early music videos that was well done and fit the song. It amazes me how many vidoes do not capture the song.

  • i always liked this song/video, maybe because it wasn't Every Goddamn F'ing Breath You Take by The Police

  • LOL!

  • Underrated album....read mick & keith were really not feelin it, but the band was well oiled from the previous 81 tour of America, 82 Europe....plus they had Sly & Robby, David Sanborn in the studio on some of the cuts... IT is very polished with new 80's techno sheen, however I think if they would have been in good spirits and toured in 84 or 85 these songs may have rocked live..... or maybe not?.......

  • Dirty.

  • This was a different approach for the Stones in making a story to go with the video and trying to be serious about it. Mick does look a bit like a doof with the mustache but overall decent production. Did you notice the video clip starts with their own music in the background?

  • To me, 'UNDERCOVER' is a very underrated lp...maybe cause they didn't tour for it, and it's from the MTV era...what a killer ass song.

  • Terrifying...brilliant....easily the best Stones' albums of the '80's. You can argue the '70's if you cut out Ya Ya's, Sticky, and Exitle (and perhaps Goat's Head). Crazy follow up to Tatoo You, but made fresh during/after the America's tour of 81/82. On the road. Pure Stones. A blessing. Listen to it, or die.

  • I know what everything else is about but what's center 42. BTW doesn't this version seem faster.

  • Wow!

I havn't seen this MV since it came out...

    Man I'm old!

  • the best

  • Mick as Senor Paco and Keith as the villan. Cool!

  • Fucking GREAT song...that bass line...!!

  • Sopranos - Episode #54 - Rat Pack

Excellent song regardless of where you find it!!! ;)

To foxmulholland37 - I'm not sure of mtv ... haven't watched in a long time, but the videos of the 90's were some of the best!

  • this is a great video......it's the only video..that dosen't make the song seem lame....this is also from a time when they made video's...does mtv even show video's anymore?

  • I remember this song never got much air but everyone loved the video and it went on and on seemingly forever.

  • That's the bizarre youtube way, man. The fuckin cunts and haters come out and spew vile on stuff the everybody digs. But hey, it's part of life. If you're gonna throw a party, always expect assholes to show up too.

  • it seems great business song:) guns, bribery, drugs from south america

  • One of the best songs they've done since "Exile on Main Street."

That video might be better than the one I assembled in my head! One thing they were always good at, and great here: social commentary.

  • I heard this song at the end of the sopranos and said to my self, man,,what a great song !

  • Episode #54, Rat Pack (season 5)

Great song for sopranos --- and in general

Don't know why I don't remember it from '83 though.... lol

  • i always wonder why nobody has made a remix of this bomb

  • Coz its shite !

    Hope this helped ?

  • if this is shite to you, i'm terrified thinking about what you eat everyday...

  • --- responding to 1ultrabastardo -

  • I am only shouting spite

    But on saying that

I would rather shout spite than spout shite (Kindsaluv) :):)

  • so,why are you listening to it?, a bit stupid

  • Why remix? There is NOTHING wrong with the way it is.

  • I bet Keith liked the part at the end where he shoots Mick!

  • 3:49 - nasty cough, Mick!

    What a video!!

  • 25 years on....this still kicks ass! I remember Annie Nightingale (Radio One) playing this for the first time & thought..."hmm - funky!!!"

    Blast this sucker out LOUD!

  • so different to the others (except `She was hot´) - great to here it today again...

  • This song has one of the most awesome beats of any song and is way ahead of its time. 5 stars!

  • badass video :)

  • Blast this song good and loud, and try to keep from dancing!!! LOVE THE STONES!!!

  • Keef looks well cool in this what a pirate aswell

  • !!! STONES !! Peace/Drgus ! x)

  • eighties' cheese. i love it :D

  • Cool song.

  • Plus co-stars the girl from Predator.

  • fkin great, turn it up, make sure the neighbours arent in

  • YEAH STONES FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • great song at the end of episode 54 (Rat Pack) Sopranos!!! Perfect!!

    Love it!

  • I remember blasting this song on my Sony cassette walkman back in the day! (1983)

  • Loud enough to bust your brains out!

  • Saw them live, bought the album, never looked back.

    Awesome Band.

  • I based all my 80's dance moves on the woman at the start. She is brilliant.

  • Best heard while driving any 1960s stylin' car with decked out retrofitted Blaunkpnkt stereo CD player with bass blaring high

(muffler adjust and heavy engine noise with squeeling tires optional!)

  • I love the Stones work in the 80's too. Great song, and great effects.

  • I'm a security guard...I luv this song!!

  • More proof that the Rolling Stones can keep up with changing times.

  • I'm not a big fan of the Stones but I really like this song.

  • "Is it just me or would anyone else totaly fuck Mick Jagger?" I think David Bowie felt the same way as you....lucky Dave!
