SO stupid how the fags think they should have this and have that but they want to deny other AMericans the right to free speech. Typical. Just wish they'd all infect each other.
I guess the Mormons being the victims of persecution for years are too stupid to realize that their smear campaign and lies were going to go unnoticed? We are not full of hate and if we are we learned it from you religious hypocrites. I can spend my money where I want douchbags!
OK - one of 89 employees donated to Prop 8. This was enough to demonstrate, boycott, harass customers and that one employee. So the standard is that if 1/89 of a business's employees voted for Prop 8, you will do these things to that business.
.
Given this 1/89 standard you set with El Coyote, and more than half the state voted for Prop 8, are there any businesses that you can patronize? Looking at you from the other side, your stand appears to have removed you from our economy.
Do I HAVE to eat there? Boycotting has always been a form of peaceful protest - Don't you get it? It's the alternative to acting violently. Why support someone who not only doesn't support you, but actively tries to harm your life?
She isn't an employee, she's part owner of a restaurant that makes the majority of their money from us - the gay community. (GAY NIGHT? HA!) The only backlash is from religious zealot bigots.
"Boycotting has always been a form of peaceful protest -"
you don't get it.
there is a difference between boycotting (just staying HOME and not patronizing) and actively JEERING and INTIMIDATING folks with a huge crowd that is MOVING around, and looking like a MOB.
You don't see the difference between this and a boycott? its not peaceful.
I am happy to see all the demonstrations taking place since prop 8 passed (barely). It's great to see the outpouring of people taking a stand against bigotry and discrimination.
As for the comments condemning this protest, I disagree. The person who contributed is manager and the daughter of the owner. They make their money from the gay community and even have a "gay night". They have employees who are gay. The protesters brought awareness to the bigotry.
exhaust yourselves. march in LA at city hall. no one saw you guys, the news had better stories to cover. while you were out there in the hot sun, breathing ash and soot, we YES folks were indoors with the AC on watching a football game and sipping on lemonade.
True. protesting for your rights is UNAMERICAN; in fact, Communist. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a radical Communist, not to mention that horrible Rosa Parks. Perhaps we should learn to be more like Brigham Young. He was so peaceful. And with your multiple underaged wives, your example of morality is historic.
Very poor behavior. Wasn't even the owner who gave money to yes on Prop 8, it was her daugther. Now putting all these people's jobs in jeapordy. This will backfire on the gay community.
A hundred measly bucks! By ONE employee there, and you boycott the whole place? How fair is that? Boycott her home, but leave these other people ALONE. Its unamerican to try and ruin someone's business, their livelihood. Its communist.
You agree? Awesome....Because the Yes On Proposition 8 Campaign was doing the same thing before the election. It's well documented they were blackmailing businesses and calling them out.
"Yes On Proposition 8 Campaign was doing the same thing before the election. It's well documented they were blackmailing businesses and calling them out."
Big DIfference!
Just a letter, versus picketers standing outside someones business. Just a potential list, a list that never happened, compared with the BLACKLIST prepared by gays and lesbians in outing poor INDIVIDUALS.
Big difference when talking to a BUSINESS that is giving big bucks when their customers may not know it... BOYCOTT.
It's not a big difference. I live in Orange County. I am straight and I went out and campaigned for the No On Prop 8 camapign. I SAW WITH MY OWN EYES HOW THE RELIGIOUS FREAKS WERE ACTING..all the way down to a woman being hit on the side of the head by a bottle thrown from a truck.I could not even keep a No On Prop 8 sign in my yard without a religious freak taking a knife too it.Civil Rights issues belong in the COURTS,not by who can run a better campaign or throw the bigger temper tantrum.
YOU grow up. My partner and I have been together for over 23 years. I'm tired of waiting for my rights. This is just the beginning. You haven't heard the end until we are free.
Dude....I have a gay brother who lives in the Castro District of San Francisco. But thanks for proving your TEMPER gets the best of you and will lose you support.
I hope you all made sure were no employess of El Coyote that voted No On 8.
If have a temper tantrum and lashing out won support, John McCain and Sarah Palin would be in the White House
It's my life. I've waited long enough. Enough is enough. We are angry. You will see a lot of temper tantrums in the days ahead until this is reversed. We protest against being picked on and are made the villains.

You ignorant douchebags... El Coyote donated $500 against Prop 8... the Owner's daughter was the one who donated $100 to Yes on Prop 8.
I can't understand why the gay community is full of hate and ignorance. Shame on you.

The last thing mankind needs is some self defeating homo agenda. Keep this insane behavior where it belongs, in California.
Support all El Coyotes everywhere!!!!

I am a big gay rights supporter. My brother is gay and I rallied bigtime before the election in OC for No On Prop 8.
That is PATHETIC behavior and will backfire on you. That woman donated freaking $100.00 and you all can't direct your anger in a better direction.
Grow UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
