I'm curious, what kind of ammo do you find works best for this gun? i'm thinking about getting one, and i have heard that the bricks of ammo tend to jam, and you need something like CCIs or winchester X. thanks!
The .22 deforms on impact and stops. Ricochets require a shallower angle. Perhaps a piece of rock could come flying back but in 20 years of shooting here, it's never happened.
yeah notice when she leaned forward she put her back leg further back, that's the important thing, you want to use your back leg to counterbalance the weight of your outstretched arms/gun, not your upperbody.
She should try putting her right leg back though instead of her left, since she's right handed
:-) I use that same pistol as my CCW.

I love my P22, such a sweet pistol. I invested a little more into it by getting the WP22 Viridian Laser too!

@bronquel I believe we were using CCI mini mags and they worked fine. No jams at all!

@bronquel I just put an entire brick of Remington golden bullets through mine, in one shooting session. Not a single jam!

Probably not the best idea to have large rocks sitting right behind your target. They tend to cause ricochets.

You should let her shoot a cuple rounds fast the young people enjoy it a lot more than just one shot at a time and they get more it to it.

@jaime50000607, you will not learn hitting the target, by playing idiot and wasting ammo!
