  • It's sad when she says that if you don't feel like exercising one day, then at least go out for a walk... sad because walking is one of the only exercises I can do right now - and I couldn't even do that this past week! :( [serious back problems, ugh!]

  • MistyAngel1990 try eating small meals between 300 and 500 calories. This will make you less sleepy. If you are ok with caffeine, I personally like to take "one a day" vitamins because they have the caffeine of a cup of coffee.

  • Fuck she is so hot.

  • That happens to me if I eat a lot of food and feel full (like a big lunch). I found a good way to combat this is to eat a smaller amount of food, not stuff myself, then I don't feel so sleepy.

  • What do you normally eat?If you eat a lot of carbohydrates, this can happen. Do you eat a lot of bread?Sweets?Pasta?Potatoes?Rice?Drink Bear?If so, avoid this food, especially bread. Try eating more vegetables and a steak or chicken. Also, drink a lot of water and exercise at least 30 minutes.

  • Thank you for posting this. I tried it and now I am on day 17 and I feel better and am a little bit lighter.

  • i actually think its 21 days to form a habbit that applies to anything . if 10 days doesnt work 21 will definetely.

  • k im going 2 TRY IT!!!

  • Your videos are so wonderful! I'm trying to tone up a bit for an upcoming event and have had difficulty sticking to a routine.

With this video I feel so much more inspired and confident that I can do it.

Thanks so much. You're gorgeous and your super fit body works as awesome inspiration!

  • wow red car parking was the best drift in the entire video. Look at the precision alignment they parked in too. Getting it "close" is easy, but having them all evenly spaced, aligned, and equidistant from the curb is... well... impressive at least.

  • what motivates me to exercise? Swimsuit season!!!!

  • I'm starting to get fit and lose 10kg than will be 70kg.

  • yup lool true

  • 10 days - i can do it! Just fell of the wagon recently

  • Um, is this really true? It only takes 10 days to form a habit? Crraaaazy.

  • I've heard 10, I've heard 30...

  • For breaking bad habits, it's usually 21 days to stop them, but for starting something new and healthy like exercise we feel it's 10!

  • awesome vid

  • mh, i always thought it was good to have a day off. and after the one day off, i feel like it takes me three days of working out to feel in shape again.

  • I really have to get into the habit again. What motivates me, is dancing, prom in may and bikini season!

  • sarah's sexy

  • I wish I could have her body...

  • Comment removed

  • Well... I pretty much have a body that looks very similar to hers in reality, but she has huge b00bs in the 'shopped one at the end. XD

Sooo, I'm pretty much jealous of a computer-generated picture of someone who looks a lot like me.

Ohh, what the world has come to...

  • to be honest, that was probably the only thing that he didn't really photoshop - there are before and after photoshop pictures on our facebook fan page

  • once again, great tips from stephen and sarah. thanks guys!!!

  • I have been trying something like this. I worked out every morning for 4 days, then for 3 days I just couldn't do it. Now I started up again and today was my 2nd day in a row. The funny thing is that I stopped because everything was hurting by then, all the time. Maybe those days off were actually good, because now nothing hurt, I just feel good. And the days when I didn't do it, I didn't feel so good.

  • I run usually 4-5 days a week, I find that if I do it everyday by the 3rd or 4th, I have no energy. On Mondays, I'm usually super charged. It's good to have a light day to rest and let your muscles rebuild. A cup of coffee 30-45 minutes before hand helps too :)

  • i work out every day at 3 i find that if you have easy days moderate days and hard days you dont strain anything ( i dont anyway and im not superfit :p ) and have the energy and motivation to workout, for me tuesday and friday are easy days wednesday and sunday are moderate monday, thursday and saturday are hard days, what sarah and steve said is very true, at 3 each day i need to workout, u just kinda go into auto pilot, great vid as always :)

  • try protein shakes straight after exercise (i mean like within 20 minutes of you finishing your exercise, when your body looks for food to re-build muscle). I go climbing occasionally, although i really should do it more often, but straight after climbing one time I had 2 protein shakes...that's 50grams of protein! the next day I expected to ache like hell as per usual...nothing. no pain. no stiffness. it was awesome :D

  • cool.

  • This is awesome! Thanks!

  • Ill try - first
