A Worst Villain is a last second addition to the game after you beat the main boss. you do NEED a DR. Eggman for a Sonic game, you NEED a Willy for a Megaman game, You NEED Sheapord for MW2, you NEED those inatial bosses. But you didn't need Darth whatever-her-name-was. You beat The Sith Lord as the Exile, but they MADE you go to Malachore V. you didn't NEED that last boss fight.

@TheAngelicDemise Well no and yes. Shepard sent in PFC Joseph Allen to go undercover for the attack at the airport with Makarov. When Russia found out that Allen was American they thought the entire attack was by the U.S. Makarov was probably behind the plan aswell, but Shepard made the order.

Shepard was a great villain because, in a game like MW2, there aren't really intense boss battles; it's about the drama surrounding his confrontation. Also, dunno about you guys, but he had me questioning his true colors until the very end, like a master manipulator should (Another example would be how he got unlimited funding from the USA with his smoke and mirrors). And that's a Grade A villain in my book.

1: Famed Mimic Gogo - Do NOTHING to beat him.. Seriously.

2: True Sephiroth end of FVII. At least this guy can do damage if you sit there. Game pauses combat, fills up Cloud's Limit Break, and allows him to go first. If that's not enough, Sephiroth only has 1hp. If you can counter equipped, GG you won.
