  • @smokinlefthook stop slobbering all over joe fraziers dick u imbecile. I dont care if he trashed talked him, they are both famous because of it. They were both great men, they buried the hatchet. Now go bury yourself

  • @smokinlefthook get over yourself. Im a gurl and I ride dick very good. So go kill urself.

  • ali thought he was superior to joe

    very arrogant guy

he also said when he came to afica to fite foreman dat african women need some white blood

ali is a shame to black people and muslims

  • That face still of ali at the end of the video just does something to me....something i cant say on youtube lol

  • @LelandnSonya4eva ur such a ali dickrider i was sure about it

    bitchass

  • Cont.. Pt. 4: Yes, if Futch knew Ali was going to quit on his stool, boxing history would have been altered. What Ali did by denigrating Frazier as a Black man--as a man has left residual effects on Frazier. Ali as ill as he is sold his name for 50 million bucks while Frazier remains nearly broke, in obscurity living over a burnt out gym training young fighters. Joe, sadly is still in Manila fighting ghosts from the past.r. Ali should have apologized to Frazier to his face not thru the media

  • Cont.. Pt. 3: Frazier was fighting for his dignity and respect and for a place in the Black Community. Not many know but Frazier fought legally blind in one eye his entire career. His trainer Eddie Futch cared about him going blind since his other eye was closed. Its ironic that people view Ali for his courage--when he begged Dundee to cut the gloves off after Rd 14, while Joe blinded--fighting for his life wanted to continue. If Futch only knew that--Ali would have quit on his stool.

  • @crownedful

that's thing that Frazier was blind from one eye is a lie, because if you can't see with one eye you don't pass the prefight medical exam, you must know before talk, Frazier was good, but was not god man. Ali was better than him, if you like it good, if you don't is a pity. Period.

  • @crownedful And that's bullshit! Ali DID NOT beg Dundee to cut off the gloves in this fight. Why in the hell would Ali, who knew that he was winning the fight after 14 rounds, forfeit the world title w/only one round to go. It truly amazes me how so many people have been brainwashed by that "Manila" documentary, when in truth the doc is just revisionist propaganda.

  • Continued: Frazier grew up in one of the most racist places in the nation at that time--Beaufort, SC. As the son of a sharecropper, Joe was the one who worked on a "white mans land" picking vegetables for .25 a day. Ali did Jo wrong and it effected his life as how he was viewed in the black community. Joe;s son Marvis got beat up almost daily because other black kids would say "your daddy is a Tom". When they fought in Manila Joe was fighting for more that the title--

  • Ali called Frazier a "Gorilla" and an "Uncle Tom"--Things one black man should NEVER say to another. Ali sold the notion to the public that "Frazier was the white man's" champion. Ali portrayed Frazier as the "House Negro" and himself as the ""Field Negro" but the reality is Frazier was the real "Field"& Ali the "House" . Ali grew up middle class & picket fence as a black person could be at that time while Frazier was the son of a sharecropper. He was one of 14 children

  • @crownedful thank u so much for the history lesson. I had no idea Ali wanted to quit on his stool!!! that''s crazy..he seemed so confident and poised, like he would never do such a thing. Than again u do not know what resides in man's heart until he performs in that ring. Where can find an educational video about what u mentioned.

  • Yeah he's the greatest of all time ... but the prettiest? ....

    Just joking Ali!

  • 1:49 I can't stop repeating that line sometimes :D

  • in my point of view these two fighters became marks in boxing history that are going to be there forever

  • 1:31 1:56 "Ohhh The Irony"

  • LMAO Muhammad Ali is the Greatest Legend that ever lived

  • is the corner even allowed to stop a championship bout? frazier got screwed in that fight one way or another.

  • @Robstailey Well I wouldn't say Frazier got screwed though, Frazier was down on points by the time his corner stopped the fight...the only way he would have won was by KO and Ali turned Frazier into a bullseye target by the 11th round...if you ask me Frazier would gotten Koed in the 15th...the stoppage by the corner was the best thing to do for Joe...amazing fight.

  • Nope you won't need a Kane, because you'll be in a wheelchair.. Sad to say

  • Ain't he ugly?

The champ should be pretty like me.

  • @shamwowftl That was for the 'Big Bear', Sonny Liston.

  • @truebeliever786 I know,but it was still Ali who said that,so my quote's safe :D.

  • @shamwowftl lol, I know, I was just saying in case you were mistaken, but it seems you weren't =]

  • karma is a muthafucka look at him now with parkinson quiverin and can't talk ..and joe frazier is still makin fun of ali to this day .

  • @fashizze yep love it

  • @fashizze

But at least Ali is still pretty. Lol! And Joe is still ugly. And Joe Frazier don't talk with the best speech these days either. Seems like he got punched in the head a little too much as well.

  • @tommiexander but ali cant speak a word .and don't know what the hell is goin on around him .at least frazier still has his senses

  • @fashizze Yeah but Ali is still considered THE GREATEST so I don't think he gives a fuck :)

  • @tommiexander Joe Frazier is not ugly. He's much better looking than Ali and he always was.

  • @zeushighscore Rofl u gotta be kidding man...but ur right, he is not ugly.

  • @zeushighscore

I never understand that either. Not being gay, but I always thought Joe was a decent looking fellow. Liston was ugly as hell but I never thought Joe was.

  • @tommiexander

at least frazier has control of his hands...

  • joe frazier still hates ali to this day .but joe should let it go instead of constantly making fun of ali's handicap .ali has parkinson and cant even talk ..frazier thats enough revenge for you right there .now let it go .

  • @fashizze

Nah, Joe's forgiven him now. He's gotten over it just recently. Check out his facebook page. In his page he posts videos of him and Ali and speaks good of him.

  • Ali was aweful to Joe. He managed to manipulate people minds into making himself out to be the 'hero' and Joe the bad guy. After studying it, over time, it's clear it was the other way around. I remember Joe responding to Ali's accusation that he was the "white man's champion". Joe said: "I was everyone's champion". Joe was a greater man then Ali, in my opinion.

  • a half black negroid call another negro a GORILLA. LOL

    too damned funny.

he says what white people have known for about 10,000 years.

  • jessica123 + rockyfan100, get married and argue forever

  • jessica123 + rockyfan100, get married and argue forever

  • yeah frazier wasnt a bad looking guy ali was also handsome but ali never disliked frazier it was all show for the fight

  • Ali took it too far. It wasn't hype for the fihgt. The fight was already going to eb sold out, Ali was intimidated by Frazier and tried to manipulate people to support him by using race and slurs and endless taunts that were completely uncecessary. He was shit as a person.

  • @Rockyfan10060 OH LOOK ITS YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol yeah ali took it to far but he did it for hype for the fight yeah it was sold out but he wanted people to watch on tv but also ali talked about everybody hes fought in his whole career and joe frazier is the only one who still to this day is mad about it he talked about listion foreman patterson called called terrel and whoever else

  • Nobody else had to put up with racist insults and be made out to be the representative of white society and the enwmy to true black people. Ali is a dick. Frazier shouldn't forgive him.

  • @Rockyfan10060 what about ernie terrell he called him an uncle tom ali called everyone ugly in comparison to himself that was just ali hes the reason now boxers talks trash thats what makes fights intertaining and plus ali wanted to get into fraziers head even in this video ali said frazier was a nice guy and he just like to make fun of him to get him mad and after the trilla in manila ali apologized to fraziers son and told him to tell frazier he was sorry and he was hyping the fight up

  • Nobody ever pulled as much hatred and insults upon Frazier as Ali did. It wasn't hyping the fight like the emdia would like you to believe. Terrell didn't have to deal with near as much as Frazier did. He wasn't trying to get into Frazier's head, he was trying to maniplate black's to gain support.

  • @Rockyfan10060

    dude stop

  • Stop what? It was wrong for Ali to do what he did. I don't have anything against him for him as a whole, but for those brief periods with Frazier he was a pretty big asshole. Before and after those fights he was fine, but with Frazier it just became excesive and in my eyes cruel, that's all.

  • @Rockyfan10060

You do realize he did this with all his other opponents, right? He wanted to get in their head to psyche them out. He was doing this to hype it up. Frazier just couldn't handle it.

  • Nobody else had to take as much as Frazier did. Ali said Joe couldn't talk, was ugly, stupid, Uncle Tom and a traitor to his own people and a tool of the White Power structure. None of his other opponents dealt with it on that level. Yeah he sid Chuvalow as a washerwoman, Sonny was a bear, but nobody got as much as Joe Frazier, and nobdy ahd to deal with it as often and consistently as Farzier did.

  • @Rockyfan10060

well it's really not Ali's fault. Frazier is a freaking boxer you think he would be able to take it.

  • Well it's all in Joe's upbringing and background. I could see whyb he was upset. Ali called him an Uncle Toma nd a traitor to blacks when in actuality hewas balcker than Ali, had more blacks in his camp than Ali, and had a tougher upbringing in the black ghetto. So Joe was mad because Ali was basiclly just tryign to intimidate him but Frazier didn't get it.

  • @Rockyfan10060 Frazier got it more than anyone because Frazier happened to be the title holder at the start of all this. Had the circumstances been different, this rivalry, with all the trash talking included, would have been with someone else. He didn't attack Frazier because he was Frazier, he attacked Frazier because he had his title, and everything else grew from there.

  • @Rockyfan10060

bro is all u do is cry for joe frazier LOL i see u in every video with ali=dick

    wth let it go

  • Ali's got unbeatable rhymes.

  • joe frazier was goodlooking too

  • Frazier sucked....at singing!!

  • Can you imagine if a white fighter called Frazier a "gorilla?."

  • Good point, if a black guy calls him that, it doesn't sound racist, but a white guy saying that is racist. How ironic. lol

  • They brought the best out of each other.

  • @gladrock defo ! there style matched so well .. never meet a pair like them /QQQ

  • joe fraizer!!!

  • Eddie Futch stopped the fight he was Joe's trainer. Joe Frazier did not know the meaning of the word quit

  • Come on Gorilla, we in Manilla.

    That is the best.

  • who are the 6dumb asses who voted thumbs down

  • @dgodyep 7

  • "But he was not a God and had some flaws."

    -TRUE

Despite his great intelligence, he was arrogant and disrespectful to most authority for most of his life.

    - Not true. He was confident, outspoken and assertive.

He didn't learn to read until he was in his late 30s.

    - Most exceptional atheltes are not too keen academically.

He was also very cruel to Joe Frazier.

NOT TRUE! Ali "dissed" most of his opponents, like Frazier. But it was for fight promotion, not personal.

  • Like I said I dont know who said what first, but Ali did call him Uncle Tom before a nationwide telivision audience, more than once.

And yes he was definately cruel. If it were up to Joe they would probably have been pals, I suggest you watch the 'Thrilla in Manilla' documentary to see how far Ali could go. 'Uncle Tom' and 'gorilla' is already below the belt but that wasnt the end of it..

  • Actually, I saw that documentary and didn't like it at all. I thought it was a very one-sided account of Ali-Frazier's relationship, and in my opinion, it was nothing but anti-Ali propaganda.

  • @lwmson

Well Ali did not participate, so I dont think you can blame the documentary for seeming biased, his opinion is simply not there. On the other hand there is Dundee who confirms certain things, and everyone else seemed credible to me. Just because the docu had negative overtones towards Ali doesnt make it not true?

  • I don't recall seeing Dundee. Ferdie Pacheco was interviewed, but he shows symptoms of dementia. "Thrillia in Manilla" IS very one-sided and omits a lot of facts. It only shows select portions of Ali footage to lead the viewer into concluding that Ali was an egregious person. Watch the documentary titled "Facing Ali." I saw this documentary last night, and it proved that I was right about Ali calling Frazier an "Uncle Tom" in retaliation.

  • Dundee appeared several times in the docu. And yes it seems one sided, but that doesnt mean it should be dismissed? Ali is a very popular persona and for good reason, wich is exactly why its a good thing someone came along to balance it out by portraying him as the agressor in that situation. Besides, Ali's camp didnt refute any of it during the docu, and Ali apologised for his actions afterwards. In other words, most of it probably happened like they said, including the threats with the gun (!)

  • I guess I saw an edited version of the documentary, because except for Pacheco and a Muslim, I didn't see anyone from Ali's camp. To me, the only decent thing about this documentary is that It illustrated the old saying that "There are two sides to every story." Whenever there's a conflict between two people, I think that in all fairness BOTH sides should be heard before anyone reaches a conclusion. "Thriller in Manilla" was just Joe's side of the story. On that basis it should be dismissed.

  • Well, the only thing thats missing on Ali's side of the story is Ali himself, for obvious reasons. So I dont really see how you can say anything is missing, without actually having information outside of the documentary.

You can watch it on youtube by the way, I'm pretty sure it wasnt edited.

  • When I refer to the fact that material "is missing," what I mean is that footage pertaining to certain events--such as the English journalist who criticizes Ali for calling Joe a "Tom" and the famous altercation between the two men on TV w/Howard Cossell over Ali's "ignorant" remark toward Frazier--are not shown in their entirety. Watch "Facing Ali" and the Wide World of Sports telecast of thier first fight and you'll see what I mean. Both are on YouTube.

  • I'm halfway through 'Facing Ali', and just saw the bit with Frazier. It doesnt tell us definitively if Frazier actually provoked him by calling him Cassius, it pretty much paints the same picture really. Ali is mouthing off, Frazier is being picked on.

Ive seen the clips you refer to by the way, wich parts do you feel are relevant but missing in 'thrilla'?

  • Sorry for taking so long to respond. I was wrong about "thriller" omitting Ali's response to the English journalist. But I think you should view the 6-part telecast of this doc on YouTube. You don't have to view the doc itself, but read comments featured for each of the six parts. A lot of them say what I say about the film being biased propaganda. I even posted comments as well.

  • No hurry, haha. Anyway, I dont think random opinions in the comment sections are really relevant to what we talked about? If people have important facts that might put that docu in another light, my ears are open.

As you know I dont think its that biased. But also, the way I see it it just shows a big chunk of the story that was unseen to the general public. You can expect a few people who think of Ali as an angel to call it defamation.

  • Oh and thanks for pointing me to 'Facing Ali', cant believe I didnt see it before. Very interesting. To be honest though, to me it confirmed the whole idea that Ali was the bad guy in that situation.

  • Glad you liked it. I thought that this doc was more objective. I thought it was interesting when Foreman gave his take on the Ali-Frazier rivalry. Gorge, also a victim of Ali taunts, basically said the problem was that Joe was sensitve, and some guys can't take teasing. Also intertesing-and ironic-was Frazier expressing his feelings about Ali's Parkinson condition. He got misty and emotional; you could hear affection in his voice. Proof that he doesn't really hate Ali as much as he says.

  • Then again, George wasnt being called the things Frazier was. Or had to fear for the safety of his family like Joe did.

And to be perfectly honest I'm not sure how serious to take Joe himself anymore.. he has previously expressed sympathy for Ali but a little later you'll see him giving some pretty nasty remarks. Several times. I hope for his sake that he meant it this time, carring such a grudge isnt healthy.

  • @lwmson

Ali has been interviewed time and time again 'til the subjects been done to death about Manila. Look, Ali was a big ego, and Frazier called him Cassius, Ali snapped and made with a bunch of nasty comments. Both men made mistakes.

  • I agree.

  • Wether or not it was for promotion it was cruel. Persistently calling someone dumb and ugly, a 'house negro', basically inferior in every way, is not what I call harmless provocation.

  • predicted his own parkinsons

  • which band sung ali's record at 2:45

  • ali looks stoned at 1.36 on wards lol

  • wtf is ur problem. trolling all the boxing clips talking shit. stfu douchefag.

  • To me, nothing Ali The Greatest Of All Time ever did or said was wrong!!!! He may have apologised to Frazier for calling him ugly, but I believe that in love and war, all is fair. And that was psychological war-fare. Ponder on that

  • Fair or not, it was ugly and disrespectful. He even called Frazier an 'uncle Tom' and whatnot- the worst thing he could have called him in those times, after everything Frazier did for the guy. Frazier had the dignity Ali never had, he's the main man.

  • listen said dat so joe could lose

  • Damn true, I dont know why people are voting you down.

  • Former heavyweight boxing champion Joe Frazier recently was arrested in North Philadelphia for assaulting a woman in a domestic dispute, police said.

Frazier, 60, was charged with simple assault and reckless endangerment, police said.

Someone called 911 from the home and when police arrived, a woman who opened the door had injuries to her lip and face and alleged that Frazier struck her

    - dignity indeed.

  • they were friends afterwards Ali never meant any of it he did it to psyche Frazier out

  • Not really.. Joe seems to have kept a grudge for the rest of his life. Wich is sad. And obviously its irrelevant what Ali did or didnt mean at the time he was saying it.

  • "Muhammad Ali & Joe Frazier in This is Your Life" watch that video and then tell me he held a grudge for the rest of his life. Compared to the trash talk boxers talk nowadays it was nothing too serious

  • There are more recent videos than that, wich show Joe being bitter about it. Watch 'thrilla in manilla'. Being called an Uncle Tom was as serious as it got in those days.

  • @burkburke Ali and Frazier were never friends and still arn't.

  • Well, Frazier did his share of "dissing" as well. Similar to Ernie Terrrell and Floyd Patterson, Frazier would intentionally call Ali "Cassius Clay" for the express purpose of pressing Ali's buttons. The "Uncle Tom" remarks may have been said by Ali in retaliation for this, just as Ali called Terrell and Patterson Uncle Toms because they did not respect his name change.

  • You have a point there although I think he said that after Ali started mouthing off. Besides, Ali knew how personal the consequences would be for Frazier when he said those things, especially with all of black America supporting him. Somehow I dont think it balances out. But thats just me.

  • Well, I have to admit I never heard Ali call Frazier an UT, so I don't know the exact context in how it was used. But I DO know that Patterson, Terrell and even Joe Louis were called UTs by Ali because they all disrespected Ali's name change and Frazier did the same thing.

  • I agree. Joe Frazier needs to stop whining! For reasons of fight promotion, Ali may have called Frazier ugly, but he also called other fighters--Sonny Liston, Leon Spinks, and Larry Holmes--ugly too. But it wasn't personal, it was for FIGHT PROMOTION people.

  • Ali didnt have the Parkinsons when he made the impression of himself. ITS IRONY because of the fact that his vision of himself in old age was not far from reality. In no way is that a plug at Muhammad, I guaran-damn-tee that I am one of the people commenting on here with the most respect for the man.

  • these 2 ar not enemy's

every fighter talks dirty about his oponent bevore a fight

  • Moments after the fight, Ali expressed his deep respect for Frazier as a fighter:

"That man is the greatest of all time....next to me.."

They may not have liked each other, but there's no doubt, that they respected each other as competitors.

  • Ali may not have been serious, but calling other man gorilla and uncle tom, especially man who got his license back is really disrespectful. I like Ali but he really crossed the line in this one.

  • Well, Joe's "good intentions" weren't as maganamous as you may think. Joe wanted a multi-million dollar payday fight and knew that in order to get this, Ali had to return to boxing. So in truth, when Frazier assisted efforts to have Ali's license reinstated, he was thinking of his own best interests, NOT Ali's.

  • This boxing fight is legendary, not as legendary as Rumble in The Jungle tho... anyways... It almost looked like Ali knew that he was going to get Parkinson at some point, the way he was shaking when he imitaded himself as old :O

  • Did anybody notice Ali say "Joe is a nice guy, but I say those things to get him mad, throw him off his game plan"? Ali didnt hate Frazier, I do agree that sometimes he took things too far, but ultimately he did thost things for the reasons of ratings and ticket sales, and to unbalance Frazier. And BTW, No, Joe shouldn't have won 2 of the fights, by round 12 of Manilla they should have stopped it cause Ali was hitting him at will.

  • Want some irony? Look at Ali's impression of himself as an old man, complete with the shaking hands......

  • he can't do annything about it, its parkingson desease you chump!!

  • Frazier was just was not Ali's enemy. Ali's enemy was the system and Frazier was just another brick in the wall.

  • ali likes to talk shit but he can back it up so its all good.

  • @icecugine you right!!! thats the diferent between ali and mayweather jr

  • no not really just joe frazier, ernie terrell got the raw deal when he didn't deserve it,he did nothing to ali but no one cares about terrell apparently like they do uncle joe

who called ali a prohphet? all I said was that what he said in regards to uncle joe was true, frazier deserved every last insult directed towards him and yes joe frazier was a very popular figure from the late 60's onwards

  • Ali was a great boxer and THE GREATEST American sports figure in history. He was also my neighbor for awhile in Kenwood Chicago - he was nice to my mom.

But he was not a God and had some flaws.

Despite his great intelligence, he was arrogant and disrespectful to most authority for most of his life.

He didn't learn to read until he was in his late 30s.

He was also very cruel to Joe Frazier.

Not everyone is a handsome Hollywood star.

Some are just regular working folks like Frazier.

  • regular working folks like razier?????? Um yeah last time I checked regular working folks don't earn millions and millions of dollars only to piss it all up the wall

  • Even Ali said he said all those bad things was to sell tickets. This Ricflare poster is some 18 year old kid, even take a look at his username and you know the juvenile mentality he has, the kid is just spouting nonsense. Even Ali called Joe Louis an Uncle Tom.

  • joe frazier was a popular champion among white america,he was an uncle tom in every sense

  • Try to refrain from making posts on subjects that you don't know anything about.

I don't know anything about nuclear physics, so I don't post on physics.

You don't know anything about boxing, so don't make posts on this subject.

I reach the top 4 or 5 in any competitive sport is a fantastic accomplishment.

The 4th or 5th best basketball player, baseball player is considered "great" not a bum.

In Boxing - idiots insist that the 4th or 5th greatest heavy weight of all time is

    A BUM.

  • lol at 4th or 5th greatest

  • The documentary on HBO really showed Ali's character. Joe tried to help Ali regain his boxing license and was a friend to him and then for their 1st fight Ali just continually insult him and call him a uncle Tom, the white man's champ, etc. Ali also called the great Joe Louis an uncle Tom and also disrespected him. Ali is an great boxer but not a great human being!

  • all hbo(wasn't even their doc) managed to accomplish was brainwash easily led tits like you who know nothing about boxing

frazier was a piece of shit who beat up the mother of his youngest son just 5 years ago,he turned his back on all poor southern black folk when they needed him most

frazier degraded ali in public any oppurtunity he got,ali deserves credit for telling the truth about uncle joe

  • 0:28,listen to don king hella laughing in the back ground.

  • LMAO

"His face should be donated to the wildlife association"

  • ali didnt mean what he says but did it to promote the match

  • and Ali isn't racist hes black himself , and hes a Muslim its against his religion, Muslims are from every nation, and all shapes and sizes

  • god bless muhamed ali

  • it doesn t matter if he can walk straight or not ALI IS THE GREATEST OF ALL TIMES that what little joe is not

  • doesnt matter if he can walk straight up or not.

he is 67 years old and has had a great life.

he has been heavyweight campion 3 times and defeated very strong competitors. he has a stable wife now and kids.

    hes just a joker.

  • i meant to out win not when.

  • Ali was a quiet man according to most accounts, and learned how to to be mouthy and have bravado from a wrestler who he sat next to once in a radio interview when he was a young boxer. He never took it seriously, it was more about sport than a real fight, despite all his jokes, which is why everyone now reveers him so much - because he seemed to take all the nastiness out if it

  • it would be a killa, and a chilla, and a thrilla, when i get the gorilla, in manilla

  • Ali is so arrogant.

  • we call that self confidence

  • Condidence is key in boxing.

  • ali isnt fucking ignorant!

he speaks his mind. and his jokes around.

and why would someone praise the opponet??

i would be talking shit too if i knew it was gonna help me when.

    dumb ass.

  • Aren't we all..deal with it fucker he can back it up

  • i love ali but i disagree with his attitude towards frazier

  • exactly

  • dude that singing wasnt bad

  • Ali was a real prick to FRazier beforehand, especially considering Frazier supported Ali's right to fight when he lost it, even giving him money.

  • ali was a showman he said gorilla cos it rhymed with manilla it wasnt personal joe frazier just needs to get over it and stop bein so bitter.ali atracted so much buzz around that fight that joe frazier earnt so much money.

  • The insults about Joe being an "Uncle Tom" and "white man's champ," quips that lead to death threats against Frazier and his family by crazed fans, do not rhyme with Manilla.

  • Ali was wrong to say what he said and it showed racism. Maybe he didn't like that Frazier was darker than him.

Ali had some "white" blood in him by the way.

Frazier just seemed like a cool guy overall and didn't care what color you were.

  • why does every1 say ali was prik show off, who insult his opponent? cursing each other before fight was always part of boxing, it was all done in good humour.

ali said after fight frazier is greatest beside him. he also said they would be friends after, and they were.

  • Muhammad Ali, Greatest of all time.

  • Well Ali - the supposed "Greatest" God like being, the most handsome, confident althleete in history was eventually humbled by time - he lost his title, his youth and most of his mind - those head shots by Frazier were responsible for Ali not being able to talk now.

Ali shouldn't have set that Frazier was ugly and looked like an ape.

Why do Black people get away with calling other Black people apes/animals?

Joe Frazier was a good American.

  • oh? do good americans regulary beat up their helpless partners?

If ali has brain damage it's from facing big punchers his entire career, something uncle joe never had the balls to do because his glass jaw couldn't take it

frazier is a broken up old coward with no money

  • Yeah, sure, a glass jaw yet all those shots from Ali never put him down? I guess Ali really stung like a butterfly. If you're talking about balls remember that Frazier had the guts to face Foreman twice while Ali never gave him a rematch.

Also, Joe won the Thrilla in Manilla in terms of heart.

  • Joe gave up at the end of the 14th

  • Actually, Ali was trying to quit on his stool while Joe was protesting the stoppage of the fight in his corner.

  • Shut up whyasshole and stop quoting fraziers bs bio. Frazier was losing the last rounds. Look at the 12th to 14th you moron. If Ali trained properly it wouldn't be much of a thrilla but Ali dominating the gorilla.

  • Never read Joe's biography. Though Ali's biographer Thomas Hauser confirms the fact that Ali was ready to cash it in before Round 15. He'd had enough.

  • Comment removed

  • @Whyavier Ali said he felt dead, so i do not blame him... they both kinda died in that fight.

  • @Whyavier Exactly right. Frazier kept coming and attacking 'til Ali wanted to quit. Frazier was keen to keep fighting, and Ali was a spent force. Joe Frazier was the man who really won that fight.
