Well, it's an interesting dichotomy. On the one side drug abuse can really ruin a person's life, no matter what the drug. On the other hand you have the war on drugs which is "wasting" millions and millions of dollars that could go to "better" things. It all depends on where you stand morally; one must choose the lesser of two evils and many countries have chosen drugs as the worse, whether that be right or wrong.

Wish I didn't know EXACTLY how she is feeling! But hey, gotta love how smart them cops are and how great they are at their job--COOL TRICK WITH THE RIG!!! (But why do I get the feeling their reports described each other as highly skilled professionals, each of them makng a significant contribution to society--and no doubt, there were at least four rigs turned in as evidence by the time they got to the station!! Look at that, they actually did contribute something!)

Nope people who use drugs recreationaly enjoy it people who get addicted have other problems in their environment which leads them to addiction. Most addiction happens before the age of 20. So people who lack proper psychological frame work due to immature boundaries, extreme life stress get addicted.
