I wonder if she's trying to avoid going deaf, or if she is just making sure she's hitting the notes right... she keeps holding her ear.

@mrhobs she probaly has an ear moniter on, which she can hear the band and her self. There could be a delay hearing from the speakers or an echo which could put put her timing off, if she didn't have it. Maybe she's having trouble hearing it?
