Its just cheap fanservice based on a dating sim; increasingly it just has gratuitous nudity instead of any "plot", yet the cover loudly proclaims "if you liked Rebuild of Evangelion, you'll like this!" when they're really nothing alike. If they were proud of being a romantic comedy sex farce, they wouldn't be riding Rebuild's coat tails.
@ReVolutionOfEva I can see what they were thinking when they came up with the idea of it. A lot of people like the characters of Evangelion, putting them into a romantic comedy does make sense. Unfortunately, it quickly dissolved into nothing but pointless fanservice with anything resembling a plot being abandoned a long time ago.
Have you heard of katawa shoujo? If not, well it's a visual that was made by fans and it's free and legal to dowload. If you want more info you should check for videos on youtube.
There's no "best," but I recommend Gundam X (came out around the same time, so similar visual style), Gundam SEED, or Gundam 00 (similar premise but much more serious)
highschool DxD looks good although its fan service show. sooo....... lol. thankyou for the vidio i do love these and sorry the lanky geeza could not be there for the stream i was completly out of it around 10pm my time and the show doesnt start till 1am my time so kinda missed it i hope it was a great show.
