I lost both parents within 13 days both had cancer that was in 1983, but given time it does get easier your dad would be so proud of you.

I lost my dad in a car accident when I was 5. When I see other people lose their dads, it hits me like a ton of bricks. I'm sorry for your loss. The good news is your father obviously loved you deeply, and left you with a hefty foundation of love, hope, and security to stand on for the rest of your life. Great tribute to Dad.

This turned me into a big baby. With recent "Celebertiy" deaths and tributes, I figured I would search for the "Common" man tribute video since everyone has a story. NOt that your father was common in any way shape or form. Thank you for sharing. The hospital pictures are amazing. There is nothing more gut wrenching then a cancer battle becuase it is so painful to watch and even harder to hope, but its when family come togather and care. Thanks again.
