i trade oil contracts options i have calls in oil [which means i want the price to rise] and let me tell you people its going much higher 1.55 litre in aug if the futures price is say 130.00 the cash price will be high say 135.00 etc

the only answer to this predicament, to my knowledge, is to buy cars that run on ethanol and not gas. don't know how long they last, or how many they sell, but as far as winning with the oil barons, it seems to be a rock and a hard place.

We need to drill for oil NOW! We have it in anwar, The dakota's, off Florida! The freaking Chinese are drilling for oil in the Florida starights off Cuba. Closer than any oil company has been allowed to drill and those red bastards will be selling us our own oil thanks to Pelosi Reed and the rest of the democrats and a few spineless republicans.

There is NO shortage of Oil worldwide, getting it out of the ground is the problem!... Makes no sense for Russia and China to drill off our shores and we can't, duh! We would be energy independent if the Lib politicians would let the oil companies and energy companies do their job. Do you know how much Coal and Natural Gas we have on our own turf and the Lib Politicians restrict or completely deny access to it. We also haven't built a refinery here since the 70's, yet demand has went up!

I think they should delve more into why the Bush administration started these wars in Iraq and is threatening one in Iran. Hopefully they address this issue in the second part.

OPEC is just reaping the profits...they could easily increase output...

Sorry, OPEC is just about at peak production. Simple facts- 80% of the oil we use now was found before 1970- it takes 6 years to bring a new field on line-off shore rigs now average 25 yrs old which was there retirement age 25 yrs ago- China and India want their piece of the action as well now-we basically peaked in production over the last 12 months.

It does not look good.
