This is the best show in any country. Great cars awesome background music and the funniest tv show presenters. All in all the best cars show ever. I want their job to test drive cars and have fun with my friends test driving cars. All that's missing is the lovely ladies in bathing suits laying on the cars in a sexy pose. The porsche engine is tiny (in Turbo's), to make up the difference Porsche slap massive Turbo's in, Turbo's weigh far less than engines, the end result is similar power to Ferarri, more torque because the engine is at the back and finally because of the Turbos and not a large engine, very light.

The beauty of the Porsche is that it works so well, Its a car you can actually enjoy every day rather than spending your time worrying about it on the odd occasion that you do drive it. The porshe cheers you up after a hard day at work, while the Ferrari is way too finicky and draws way too much attention of the wrong kind for you to take it out very often. Porsche's are also better race cars as well. The whole point of a car is driving it, thats why they're made.
ferrari is great in it's own ways it's exciting.. but for everyday use I would go for a porsche.. its easy to drive, park and handle. Not that I anticipate having that kind of money anytime soon! lol

On looks, the Porsche is beaten badly. I'd take any Ferrari's (or Lamborghini's) body over a Porsche's. But driving wise they aren't that far apart. You can get into technicalities, but either one of them is a blast to drive. Actually, Clarkson likes the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder more than either one of these; so stop arguing. Personally, I say the Bugatti Veyron is better than all of them.

im from canada and youtube is the only way i get to watch this show and i have to say this is by far the best car program I have ever seen, with the hosts being very entertaining, funny, witty, and what not they get all the useful information about every car they test across, the shows about the super cars are cool not only can they make a cool show about porsche but they can make a show about the fiat 500 interesting and funny, great show love it and i am always left wanting more!!! topgear #1

@heydude76 I've been saying that for years - TG have this down to fine science, simply fantastic and creative shows, the hosts are entertaining with great "opinions" - they are light years ahead on "what it is that car guys and gals like" ...North American car review shows are so lame, typical and boring ...it's all about entertainment, creativity and bold opinions which we've forgotten - maybe North American car shows reflect our anal retentive politically correct recent ways?....hmmmmm

The beauty of the Porsche is that it works so well, Its a car you can actually enjoy every day rather than spending your time worrying about it on the odd occasion that you do drive it. The porshe cheers you up after a hard day at work, while the Ferrari is way too finicky and draws way too much attention of the wrong kind for you to take it out very often. Porsche's are also better race cars as well. The whole point of a car is driving it, thats why they're made.

ferrari is great in it's own ways it's exciting.. but for everyday use I would go for a porsche.. its easy to drive, park and handle. Not that I anticipate having that kind of money anytime soon! lol

On looks, the Porsche is beaten badly. I'd take any Ferrari's (or Lamborghini's) body over a Porsche's. But driving wise they aren't that far apart. You can get into technicalities, but either one of them is a blast to drive. Actually, Clarkson likes the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder more than either one of these; so stop arguing. Personally, I say the Bugatti Veyron is better than all of them.
