Once again Dr. Hodges makes other renditions look pathetic by comparison. He is truly a master of the piano, especially the use of the middle pedal, and he makes it all look so easy!

Sounds like the old Dixieland standard "Waiting for the Robert E. Lee" although the first few seconds quote "Handful of Keys" by Fats Waller

That's exactly what it is! "Waitin' For the Robert E. Lee" was composed by Lewis F. Muir with words by L. Wolfe Gilbert, and published in 1911. Frederick is dressed as a ship's captain, and one can only wonder where he found that outfit. This is also part of Mimi's variety show.

Frederick's nautical attire is reminiscent of Darrell Dragon(The "Captain' of "The Captain and Tennile") but as far as piano playing is concerned, there's no comparison!
