I have spent most of my life finding out who I am - one cosmic experience settled that one - I know this is not my home - but for some reason I choose to go through a human experience, and you are correct we need to be lighter not take it so seriously - but that often requires courage, less fear and more awareness - not just running away from pain always towards pleasure.
