pparently.. its not =\ shine online have the cap at lvl 129, fiesta at 89, shine have the mini house featureing where u can go inside of u r house/ in fiesta u cant , in shine are all the towns opened. Exemple: Bera city, Kahal Playins , swamp of dowm , tempele of spirits* etc. and many others..

P.S in shine online are +10 wepons too...
