Earp debunkers always trying to make the Clantons look like good men. No matter what Wyatt did, they were still cattle thieves. And Wyatt couldve shot McLaury on site for stealing his horse.

@pauly216 Also, the law at that time was that if someone threatened your life in front of witnesses that you could shoot him on sight the next time you saw him. You didn't have to wait until he actually tried to kill you. Actually, that was still the law in Texas when I was 20 y/o in 1963!

i can understand. i know alot of people who prefer tombstone, i mean i like tombstone to some extent, i just prefer wyatt earp

i dont believe that, and im not the sort to just watch holllywood movies about eaprs and clantons and think thats how it happened in fact i hate it when people do that ive done research on my own deep research and read books too and i have to say im still on earps side, i never liked tombstone movie i cannot stand it, its inaccurate in alot of its ways , the movie wyatt earp on other hand i do like far more accurate, and better, tho still a few inaccuracies but still loved it
