Definitely a crap company. Its good company to get your foot in the door, but after that. A year or two, transfer. Transfer. Transfer to another company.

Any company. Halliburton. Weatherford. Great White. Any oil & gas service company.

Worked for them for three years as an MWD Engineer. Was making $149/day with them. Switched to Halliburton and now getting $370/day. Benefits are very close to the same with a slight advantage to Halliburton (15% stock discount as to 7%).
