They've spent the money on the Licencing and they know thats all they need to sell copies.
Everybody knows PES has the physics and texture quality over FiFa, and PES2009 will have the CL which i don't care about because im a PC player so i can just download a few files and have ALL real kits and ball and boots and stadiums so im happy :)
Played Fifa 2009 demo, and man it sucked bad as always, it is the same for about ten years, ugly gameplay, the players looks like hutchbacks or monkeys running, very unresponsive, same goals and it made me vomit, really!! I deleted it after playing some matches.
PES 2009 will kick in the face Fifa 2009, like every year.

the only difference with fifa this year is that they have a ref and linesman on the pitch PES rules
