@LoneLegoProductions The camera I used to make this film was a Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000. Nowadays I use a newer model, the Logitech Quickam Pro 9000.
i saw this video and my first thought was that it was amazing! i checked out your channel and found all your videos are awesome, so when I'm done writing this I will subscibe!
The rain effect was done in the program iMovie, which comes with Mac computers. The water is CGI, which I put into the footage with a free program called Squirlz Water Reflections. Squirlz can also create rain (and snow!) as well.
This animation is one of the best that ive seen around youtube. i think you had a good storyline that the "creator" left a tool and when used you could talk to the "creator." I also thought it was cool that the "creator" asked if he could make happy life. All in all, i really liked this.
it looks realy real... look when the "monster" stabed (any one who it was when He Was saying he last words) the water painted whit blood that good point!
This is amazing! I cannot tell you how incredible I think this is! You must have put alot of time into his, but in the end its all woth it :D 5 stars for you!
I just wish I could've made this film as big as I wanted, but it was for a contest, and it had to be six minutes or less. Which is why the opening title is over footage, and the credits are only a few seconds long. I'd also have liked to have the story less condensed. But, oh well. I still like it.
Oh! I thought you meant "Indiana Jones AND The Journey To The Center of the Earth." I didn't realize you meant it's similar to Indiana Jones, and also to the Jules Verne novel.
I use Fimo Polymer clay for stuff like custom heads and hair, which hardens when it's baked. For things which need to stay pliable, such as the waving seaweed, I use modeling clay.
i enjoyed this film. it had a great plot, good lighting and the animation was consistant. The one thing that was dissapointing was the sets, i thought that they could have had more effort put in,but overall, a job well done.
I'll admit that the storyline is absurd, but I still think this is an excellent brickfilm. I love all the backgrounds and characters. One thing though: Demas is a fleshy minifig! Oh no's!
Yeah, Demas is a flesh minifig, so he kinda stands out from the other characters, but that face only comes in flesh-tone. Personally, I like the flesh minifigs more than the yellow. I wish LEGO had flesh figures from the very start.
I certainly wouldn't say my films are the best animated brickfilms ever, certainly not, but thanks all the same! I always film at 15 frames-per-second.
The story line was okay, I guess, because it was a Lego movie and not really meant to be serious. If it were a serious live action movie I wouldn't have liked it. 5*
I was rather disappointed that several films that were made in less than half the time, ranked higher than the film it took me almost two months to make.
The camera I use is a Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000. And I use a free program called the Gimp to make most of my effects. The water and rain was created in another free program called Sqirlz Water Reflections.

Yeah, Demas is a flesh minifig, so he kinda stands out from the other characters, but that face only comes in flesh-tone. Personally, I like the flesh minifigs more than the yellow. I wish LEGO had flesh figures from the very start.
What makes the story absurd?
CaptainBulldog 4 years ago
I think that although Demas is flesh coloured his face does bring a certain character. :)
When I say absurd I just mean its very original and I haven't really seen other brickfilms with a similar storyline.
kidrobotuk 4 years ago
