Near the end, Batman drank half of the cure, and the other half, he was going to give to the Joker. Sadly, the Joker attacked Batman, and that forced him to drop it. Though it looked like the Joker could have sucked on the ground to get enough of the cure to live, I know if my life was on the line I'd do it.
