I was at this show. This is from the Operation: Rock N Roll which had Metal Church opening, then Dangerous Toys, Motorhead, and Alice Cooper and Judas Priest co-headlined. It was filmed for a concert series that year called "In Concert"

I must find this DVD! Is it commercially available or am off to hunt the bowels of eBay? :)
