Oh no, you have got to fix your capture card or something, i would love to see a side by side comparison of the segacd and pce ports of Popful Mail.

The PCE version is in Japanese. That is what makes it inferior.

I can see by a count of 2 to 3 seconds, there's either a switch in scene or a bit of order change in the scenes
