This is an amazing video! So informative. I am a 25 yr old male who got type 1 about a year and half ago. No history of the disease in my family. I can never manage to get my a1c below a 7. But it's never above an 8. I am fairly active and eat healthy. Lows really scare me. Am I gonna be ok? Thanks for the video!
As an endocrinologist, I try to give patients only the non-hypoglycemic meds if possible. But sometimes that combination isn't powerful enough, or people can't take those meds for one reason or another. Then you're forced to add in meds that may cause hypoglycemia.

Great lecture but why not just take those meds on the left to avoid too low sugars?
