I like the blue colored mascara because: it doesnt clump, the color is amazing AND your lashes do look longer plus you can build up the coates and yknow what? i am definatly not a mascara wearer, i normaly hate mascara!

Girl I think your bullcrapping the allergic reaction thing. It sounds more like your afraid to sound spoiled only using high end brands. You say you are allergic to este lauder and lancome but everybody knows that MAC is manufactured and owned by este lauder and you use MAC. The formulations are really essentially the same. Hard candy is now a drug store brand that is manufactured and owned by urban decay.

@phatnat13 I have no reason to lie about my allergies... I wasn't always allergic to lancome but over a period of time I became allergic same with the coastal scents. I am allergic to Revlon and Loreal shadows for me it is not worth the swelling and irritation to try other drug store brand shadows or even higher end. I am allergic to plenty of higher end things. Including a few of the mac pigments but the mac pressed shadows so not bother me. I can use UD shadows as well so i may try the HC ones

@phatnat13 Also I am not the only one allergic to eyeshadows there are lots of people that have sensitive skin. for me it has been very difficult I am even allergic to macs fix +. just because estee lauder owns mac doesnt mean their formulations are the same there must be something different. I wish I wasn't allergic I wouldn't want that for anyone, and I am not spoiled I buy virtually all my makeup with my money and if I want to spend my money on more expensive brands that is my prerogative.

I did the same thing with the concealer pallete. I needed light and I grabbed medium. Didn't even think of looking at waht colour it was.

I have the mascara from Hard Candy and I love it, it works really well. The glitter mascaras aren't that good, in my opinion.

I got the Hard Candy ginormous lash volumizing mascara in electric blue, the meteor-eyes baked glitter eyeshadow in asteroid, and the  mouthing off sheer lip shine lip gloss in drama queen. I absolutely love them, I have a hard time finding really vibrant colored makeup that isn't ungodly expensive, I found these are well pigmented and last quite a while.

The mascara is pretty awesome, but the only bad thing is that it's not water proof at all. So if you cry or get your face wet, then it's gonna run all down your face and everywhere else. But other than that I really like it :D

That's weird - they had the same thing happen with the price not coming up with that item for me too when I bought it. I got the creme shade and told her I thought it was somewhere between 4-5 (I really didn't pay attention) and she gave it to me for 4.

I really liked the plumping lip gloss, comparable to Buxom Lips by BareMinerals but lasts longer IMO. The lipstick is pretty good for the price. I did not care for either the pencil or liquid liner from this line. This pencil caused an allergic reaction, and the liquid eyeliner goes on too sheer for my liking.

i thought the black ginormous lash VM was ok not the best, but the silver one is not worth spending money on, it goes on gray if you can even see it, the Lash Call mascara in blue is ok, but not too impressive. i do not like the lipsticks at all, they go on really smooth, but they collect really bad. the liquid liner i liked though. the blushes are kinda hard to work with, but the baked shadow duos are AMAZING!!! and the liquid lipstick isn't too impressive either.

The mascara is terrible! The blush has a lot of sparkle. I know some people like that, but I personally don't. I also bought one of the glitter shadows, and it just smears and stays wet.eww. I bought lipstick and gloss, and there okay. Wouldn't repurchase though! I do love the Sheer Envy primer. Like putting silk on your face. That's the only thing that I would recommend from HC. Hope this is helpful for someone. : ))

also, pet peeve of mine, NYX is not initials... ...if it was meant to be pronounced as letters, there'd be periods. N.Y.X.

Also the pink one is used to cover bruises;the yellow is for concealing and covering dark circles; and the green is used to cover redness. And the flesh colored tones can be mixed with the yellow one to lighten any of the flesh tone concealers (as I stated before). And of course, the flesh tones can be mixed to cover scarring and to conceal.

yes, i agree too. the drugstores should have testers on all of their products that are sealed, so i can swatch the color and not feel bad for contaminating it, or always thinking someone may be watching me. and i dont really want to make another trip to return an item once i got home . its kinda hit or miss. and i dont wanna waste my money . but their are some good products their though, like mascaras.

I have the Hard Candy Blush Crush in the pink color, living doll. I really like it, but I'm not sure if you would like it. It isn't very pigmented when you apply it dry (haven't tried it wet), so it takes longer to apply. It's a nice soft pink color and gives a nice sheen though.

great review and ur eye makeup looks so nice <3 if u decide to try the lipsticks u should try the hard candy lipstick in fire alarm . its soo pretty i think its the lightest color it reminds me of a lighter version of hue lipstick from mac :D they're not drying and pigmentation is pretty awesome 4 6$ :)
