Hmm...sesame paste? Are yout talking about tahini? What you showed on the video looked a lot darker. Is it roasted sesame paste? Would tahini be an okay substitution?

Looks very tasty. In Britain i don't think many people have zuchini (we call them courgette) or egg plant (we call them aubergines) as a separate vegetable.Mind you Britain isn't exactly reknowned for its cuisine. I think i've only ever had them in ratatouille and moussaka.

@GrapeLola yes it would fine. yes, it's the roasted sesame he's using. sometimes I prefer tahini actually! the flavor is lighter in a way.
