God thats beautiful Sam, sure looks like steampunk to me. I like your fin idea,I Iike the whole project. Some fine craftmanship going on here. This fine piece of art in my opinion does not need to be painted, maybe a coat of clear coat but thats all. Paint would take something away from it. Paint and buff the engine up but let the public see all the work and time that into this project and don't hide it under paint. Not telling you what to do, just my opinion. Dan
That frame would look good cleaned up then powder coated a candy green.
