At 4:30 I see Dee Felice Trio, Village Callers, Roy Ayers Coffy, Counts Jan Jan, Hal Singer Paris Soul Food, Grassella Oliphant Grass is Greener...I dunno if that Muro's wall, but it's def not bad compared to the NY boutiques
you must be stupid! muro says he tries not to think about profit, which would mean he priced to move more volume, like you said. BUT, as I said, shit isn't priced to move, it's crazy overpriced........maybe you have some obvious misunderstandings about the supply and demand concept
@tokyo1crates ??? if he was trying to run a business he would less as much product as possible. he doesn't do that, instead stocks less stuff that is higher priced. part of supply and demand is that limited supply creates high demand which means high prices.
you are SUCH a dumbass!! did you EVER go to Savage records? stfu about things you have no clue about, rookie........go do another basic commerce course at community college
@tokyo1crates success is a matter of perspective, even in business. also, i write at a very high level and my english is fine, i just don't take my time to write perfectly for shit like youtube comments... because really who the fuck cares. muro has probably made a ton of connections through the shop, and been able to get all kinds of records he was looking for, also have more space for storing his collection too. its probably more of a plaything than a business for him. lots of ppl r like that
damn, still remember pulling dysfunkshunal famillee new ruff flava ep for 1usd along with money boss players and MANY others........back when they moved to that store from the previous they sold all their stock for 100yen.......I took home 4 crates that day.....heaps of mad indi shit deadstock sealed

Having lived in Japan for about 5 years, I can tell you first hand: Japan's got records.
Just expect to pay out the ass for most records (especially first pressings)

@tokyo1crates idk how much a course like that would help me when i've successfully started and ran my own business
eyesea 9 months ago
@eyesea
First of all, your English isn't so great. The course might educate you in that sense.
Let's have the link to this success story you talk of!
I wasn't having a dig at YOUR work practice in the first place, but I'd be interested to see what you're idea of successful is ;)
