I really really hate the software V3.0!!! It´s counter-intuitive to put it mildly! Have been trying to make it do a ctrl+alt on long press for HOURS now, it´s simply not working. Wondering if I should throw this thing as far as I can out in the ocean! Supportsection MISERABLE!

Great product, been using it for years. Now that 3.0 is customizable, how about adding "click & hold" actions, "mouse drag" actions, and some others so I can make ProTools fly with this crazy little knob. Contact me for more ideas/applications that would sell a ton of these (and make me happy).

My PowerMate works just fine on my Windows XP x64 system, but it would be nice to see the Windows version of the driver maintaining parity with the excellent Mac version. (Okay, we all know that Mac is a better OS than Windoze, and I'd change if I could. But please don't treat Windoze as the red-headed stepchild when you upgrade drivers.)

Put some fabric on the microphone (well, lots of fabric) to avoid that ugly punches on "p", "b" and others.

This is a fabulous update to your software. I've had my Powermate for years and every year you've made it better -- Now -- you've really outdone yourself. The 'simple' idea of using modifer keys increases the click and rotate options tenfold (or something) -- The action to open web pages is cool - -also running AppleScript (or the more simple Automator little home made 'application' is tremendous. Keep up the good work; if this darn thing every breaks I'll buy a new one right away.
