NOT to be used for growing economy but ONLY for buying arms from the US,
3.5 billion a year dose NOT affect the israeli economy one way or another,
many israeli's don't even want that 3.5 billion, IT IS THE US ADMINISTRATION WHO REFUSES TO GIVE IT UP
