@bloodymetal2222 He keeps getting sent down to the AHL and recalled almost weekly I'd say. It's getting really annoying because he was such a great player but his confidence has been shot because of his constant team switches.

I like Paajarvi's intensity sometimes he gets this ahh fuck it look in his eyes and then he goes out and gets a goal or makes something good happen on the ice. That's what I like about this kid. He's the kind of player that will fire the rest of the team up.

I really like the oilers now for Hall, Eberle and Paajarvi. But there's something about Paajarvi. He seems so well-rounded. He's big, he's quick, he's clever, has a tremendous slapshot and wristshot. I expect him to be a 70+ players easy in the future.

Talk about him being clever: notice on his third goal, he looks on the side like he's gonna make a pass before shooting. BEAUTIFUL! Watch it on the replay.

still cant believe oilers got this kid!! he was a steal in the draft! and i knew he was gonna be a big impact player to any team he played for! but i'm an oil fan and glad he's and Oiler! =) i dont think oil will win the cup this year but they sure made the right moves with getting new coaching staff and getting young talent like Eberle, Hall, Plante. this should be a good season for them thats for sure!

@UltimateHockeyFan91 its the preseason. nobody is playing their big guns until 3 games til the season. even so, the oilers kids are lookin better than everyone elses kids. especially vancouver. 8-2? so the sedins werent playing. big deal. the point is, this could be a huge turning point for the oil. ya we sucked balls since the playoff run. i admit it. but now we have 6-7 young guns and they will boost the rest of the team because they dont want to look bad so its gonna be a whole new team.

Peter forsberg told the swedish media a couple of months ago that pääjärvi is better at this exact age than he was. also that magnus is most likely to develop into swedens next great star and that he got all the attribute of a top nhl player today at 19 years of age and so forth.
