I don't think Cartoon Network ever had the rights to air Silverwing. In North America, I just heard about Teletoon and Disney Channel. And the series has been inactive for about 5 years, so I doubt they'll touch it (plus, it's Canadian).

This cartoon was awesome, yes true that there were going 2 be 26 more episodes for a 2nd season, disney entertainment stopped funding it, but now theres going to be a new series, practically the same as silverwing, called sunwing. Kenneth oppels second book. Its the same thing just more characters and episodes. its gonna be here in the summer.

The cartoon isn't owned by Disney to my knowledge. It took a long time for the Americans to get the series, so it seems unlikely that Dinsey had anything to do with it. The show was made by the Canadian company Bardel Entertainment and Teletoon was the first to air it in September 2003.
