Children's Aid is a business. The children are simply product, stock, like common cattle. A metophor if you will. The CAS are cattle farmers. The children are cattle, the workers are the hearders on the horses that gather the cattle into the barn, the foster parents milk the cows,,the hired hands if you will. All for profit. It is just business as usual for them. By the way, there is a supervisor in CAS who we caught on tape saying. Atleast 40 percent of kids in care will be abused.

My advice is to do what I did. Put your story in your own words on the internet so that ten years from now people can do a Google search and see the truth. Everyone knows the kidnappers lie. When your child gets older he/she will remember everything (like mine does) and then the truth will finally come out - making the court whores look like lying fools. Have faith and trust in God who works in His own time, not ours.

I was never appointed an attorney. Legal aide would not help. I begged every lawyer in Texas for help. Finally, I started researching in order to rep. myself. Luckily, my daughter begged a lawyer who was visiting another client. (My child is AMAZING) For $300/hr she agreed to help. She was worth 100x that much. Because of her I have my daughter. It was her hard work that caused them to move my daughter to a less secure facility and she was able to escape from there.

Understand that in these kidnapping cases, YOU WILL NEVER ENTER A COURT OR SEE A JUDGE! You will be in an Administrative Hearing AT ALL TIMES. The "judge" is acting as an agent for CPS, and will only review their procedures. Since you don't know their procedures too well, and since you will be emotional and freaked out, you will not attack errors and flaws. If you get an attorney, they WILL NOT address the law at any time. Fraud from the start. See 18 USC 1203 Hostage Taking.

you will enter a courtroom but rarely will you get a chance to speak and no matter what you say, you aren't taken seriously. Lawyers don't fight for the parents to be with their children. If anything, they make it worse but i can't understand why.

A "courtroom" is a room in the "courthouse". But that's not what I'm saying. The "courtroom" is just a "meeting room" - i.e. "an office". It is NOT "COURT". No Jury = No Court. The "judge" is NOT sitting in the office of "Judge" (Constitutional Judicial Branch).

CPS does not operate under the Constitution, so neither does the "judge". This is all ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS. You will not be heard because you are not speaking Administrative Code. Your "situation" is irrelevant. ITS ALL FRAUD.

most judges just seem to do whatever the social workers say they should do. I don't know why the social workers don't even need proof of their accusations which are, in many cases, outrageous. Tax payers pay for child protection services and so it is the tax payers allowing social workers to be 'above the law'. they can override any law, including the freedom of information and protection of privacy act. that should be a major concern to every parent.

why would they do anything when they can get away with it?  That may be happening in the UK but it's happening here too. They take our children away and destroy their futures. All of us who know about it are responsible for putting an end to the pain for all the children...but how can we do this when so many people don't believe us?

oh my god. that is so much the same as canada. I ordered my file from our child protection agency and it took them six months (even though they only have 30 days legally) to send it to me because they had to 'censor' it first. I was not allowed any info or files concerning my OWN CHILDREN.

Yes they twist our words. That's why I refused to say anything to a social worker unless it was on record, in front of a judge. Why do social workers talk down to parents and try to convince them that they are bad parents and should consent to children being in care? Why is it the same EVERYWHERE? Doesn't anyone besides us hear the warning bells going off?

These are the kinds of stories we would expect to hear from the old USSR, China, or North Korea it is just sad that N. America has come to this. Would you say the legal system in regards to child protective services is worse, the same or better in America as compared to Canada?

There is simpley no legitimacy with in the judicial system in Canada because of the government elect in British Columbia. We have to we aware of the dictatorship among us and send a srong message come the election.

CAS is not a governament agency , they are a total separate entity and are funded by the governament ,they are getting paid on a budget that is based on a number of case ratio. the more case they bring ,the more money they get ! the safety of children is rarely what they are looking for !look it up and good lock

I should have clarified that: MCFD is funded by the government and we are from BC so comments concerning the government were meant only to apply to British Columbia.
