@YOUNGPIRU96 GTA:IV Is a great game, mostly cause it shows how much improvement rockstar has done to the Grand Theft Auto series. But like any GTA game, there is different gameplay in each game of the series.

GTA IV Is better graphical wise, but I think in overall gameplay and entertainment, GTA:SA Takes the cake.
