I don't know. Besides the stupid 1 liners, the crappy look, and the emoness in his voice hes actually really debateable. Some people HATE him, others LOVE him. Its a whole different style of acting. Personally, I just bear with him.

The guy playing Horatio is EXACTLY like David Caruso. That's why they are doing this spoof. He has got to be the most hated actor/character on TV.
