How to dis charge any traffic ticket

I had this situation happen to me when they told me I wasn't in the system blah blah blah and I just told the clerk I wasn't going to come back again because it said on or before. After all it wasn't my fault the officer hadnt gotten the paperwork done. It was 5 days later. She said not to worry just to send back a $20 dismissal fee in the mail and it would be taken care of. So the $150 ticket cost me $20. Pretty good deal with no witnesses in tow.

Do you have your witnesses write statements and notarize at the majistrates office or do you do it elsewhere?

I remember I showed up to the court house the day after. I was ready then an there to complete my "transaction". Was told I have to show up on the date. Well the Cop told me I can show up before and on the date. I thought it was strange I had to wait 4 months later to take of something. Now I see way they come up with the excuse of "you are not in the system" crap. Typical, I should have known.
