  • Look up Oskian rep out 225 with ease

  • Bad form, horrible clean and half reps. Go back to 185 and do it right son

  • wrong...

  • Former wrestler Steve di Salvo("Sadistic" Steve Strong) made it with 225 also in military press(barbell)!!

  • damn ur strong im pretty big but can only do 60% of what you did

  • don't you just love all of the experts telling you how bad your form is...(sigh). Nice work man, thats really impressive stuff!

  • put two more plates on each siede i wanna see u brake in half oh and jump more with first lift

  • arent military presses supposed to be behind your head?

  • @HILARIOUSKID33 hil, typically military presses are in front of your head. What you are referring to is a behind the neck press and most people perform those seated (even though some do these standing as well).

  • how do people power clean all this weight and then struggle to get it up, thats crazy to me

  • @elimcpheron Because cleaning a wieght off the floor is more of a throwing motion. The body is using its full momentum to throw thw weight up onto the shoulder clavicle. The pressing motion is primarily triceps strength even the the positioning of the bar focuses alot of the stress onto the shoulder area.

  • wow. You power cleaned that at the begining like it was nothing!!

  • u can tear ur rotator cuff

  • @billy2918 mate i do em all the way down..do you really think itll tear a muscle?should i do em how you do? thanks

  • @spartan1893 Whether a person does a full rnage of motion or not is largely dependent on a few factors. The first being can they do a full range of motion. Not everyone can do the same things. Second, since everyone has a different physical make up everyone has to be careful about how the exercises effect their muscle tissue. For some, doing a full range of motion might cause tears or sprains, for others doing a full range is just fine. Its all about individual makeup.

  • @billy2918 that's beast, good work

  • @Koles46

u bring it down just like 5 more cm, if u lower it more than this 5-8 cm, ur training ur upper chest, too...

  • @Koles46 90 degrees is all u need more than that and u only plan to work out for 1-2 years if ur lucky :P

  • @Koles46 idiot

  • @Koles46 you complete and utter skinny phaggot

  • niceeeeeee

  • hahahaha

  • Nice work, I do about the same reps as you
