  • Thanks now I have 99 lives and guess what? MARIO TOOK OFF HIS HAT!

  • Oh my gosh!!!! you are a genius!!!! THANK YOU SOO MUCH! I agree with World 1-1 being the easiest for gaining multiple lives but this is my first time finding out about the extra 3 lives and coins underground next to the pipe!!! Thanks you!!!

  • You are so Pro main

  • On world 1-3, If you have a fire flower,

you can get on yoshi, stand still, shake the wii remote, hold right while in the air, shoot a fireball, land on yoshi, and eat the fireball, then shoot it. That way you can do the whole level with the fireball killing all the enemies. That was you should get about 15 lives!

  • in world 7 theres a level (with many pipes). if u go to secret exit (3rd starcoin) there is a ramp with launchers of small bullet bills. there u can get 99 lives too with one single jump.

  • i didnt find the 1-1 secret area til i already had 99 lives, but it helped my nephews get more lives when they played.

  • hey rainbowkirby, the fireball phiranna plant thing goes great, but i figured out you throw it out starting BEHIND the enemies and follow the fireball, it will hit WAY more enemies. if you don't understand what i said, look at my video.

  • I actually thought of that, but I thought of it AFTER I uploaded this vid. Great minds think alike. O:

  • of course!

  • Nice video.

  • Great Job

  • @brodiger Thank ya.

  • @rainbowkirby your welcome

  • The one with the staircase is how I got my 99 lives during my first playthrough, except that it's harder for me to get the timing on it now =P

  • @gothwood9 Lol, everyone goes for the classic. Actually, I'll admit I had a hint of doubt they put it back in, since World 1 didn't seem to have it. So then I got my 99 through the World 1-2 method. THEN I saw they put it back in after playing through World 2. O:

  • I was thinking that they'd fix that and make it so it wouldn't give you infinite 1-Ups.

  • @gothwood9 Well, it's been in mostly all Mario platforming sidescrollers whatever games. I don't see why Nintendo'd think to c-c-c-c-combo breaker it.

  • Mer, I wasn't really thinking about that after finally getting through that annoying level, but when I figured out you could use a Starman through the entire level...it was like a slap in the face after screwing up.

  • @gothwood9 Lol, I've gone through the level too many times, since I went and got 1-ups for all 4 characters (with just myself), and tried speedrunning it.
