To be honest though, it's a XMas party. What did he expect? People are there to get wasted and have a good time, not to focus on whoever is onstage. I feel a little sorry for him, but it's not like it's a proper gig or anything.

Jesus , this makes me so mad! The 'audience' sounds like a bunch of slightly tipsy 50 year olds at a New Years party... shut up! The person below me is right, music is sacred and when someone is willing to perform for you you should have the self-control to shut up and respect them. Even when he asked if they were ready and they yelled 'yeah!' half of them didn't even stop talking.
