Their outfits are skimpy and their breasts are either huge or tiny enough to allow the other characters to mention them without looking distasteful...they usually pass it on as a joke and the person making fun of the tiny girl usually is a obnoxious and/or hyperactive girl with boobs the size of watermelons.
